Welcome to Diamond Shine. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope
Diamond Shine provides professional cleaning services including:
- Bathroom Cleaning
- Kitchen Cleaning
- Sofa Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Full Home Deep Cleaning
- Bungalow Cleaning
- Office Cleaning
Services are available only for complete home, bungalow, and office cleaning projects.
2. Booking & Payment
- A minimum 10% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining payment must be completed after service completion.
- Booking date and time are subject to availability.
3. Exclusions
The following services are not included:
- Cement stain removal
- Paint stain removal
- Glue stain removal
Additional charges may apply for extra work outside the agreed service scope.
4. Damage Policy
Diamond Shine provides a damage claim support of up to ₹5000 for verified service-related damages.
Conditions:
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Proof/photos may be required for verification.
- The company reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before approval.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to:
- Provide access to water and electricity during service.
- Secure valuable or fragile items before cleaning begins.
- Ensure safe working conditions for cleaning staff.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Advance payments may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
- Rescheduling requests should be informed in advance.
7. Service Area
Services are currently available in Gurgaon – 122001 and nearby areas.
